We are right on the river, next to a community launch ramp that you can launch your boat or jet ski for free. Enjoy our foosball table and our bar with lots of seating stools overlooking the best part of the river, open space and great views with no houses across the river. Very private! Great AC/Heater keeps it comfortable. Most amazing views of the river from the house, large open space behind the house for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing or just floating in the world!
